Sarah Ryabinov

As a third generation Realtor, licensed in Virginia, Sarah has real estate in her blood. She specializes in residential real estate, from condos to luxury homes. She is passionate about selling real estate, but even more passionate about meeting her clients’ needs. She puts her efforts into upholding integrity, working hard and efficiently, staying up to date with the real estate community and trends, utilizing clear and honest communication, and responding quickly to all involved parties so no one misses out on their dream home on her watch! She loves being an advocate for people who are expanding their family and need more room for their little ones, or helping people whose last child has just left the nest and are looking to downsize, or anyone in between. Each home buying experience has its’ own unique story, and the most fulfilling part of this career, for Sarah, is hearing that story and helping the client turn the page to the next chapter of their lives. She began her real estate journey in 2015 and happily joined Fieldstone Real Estate in 2016.

Sarah was born in Fairfax hospital, and has lived in the Northern Virginia area for a good portion of her life. She currently lives in Bristow, Virginia with her husband Josiah, and two little girls, Emma and Stella. Sarah loves to hang out with her family, serve at her local church, and enjoy all of the wineries, downtowns, and farms that beautiful Virginia has to offer.
